Bradford Ginder

Brad Ginder has been a trial lawyer for 49 years. A graduate of USC law school, he began practice as a personal injury defense lawyer in 1975. Three years later, he joined Hollister & Brace in Santa Barbara, where he developed a career in a wide area of civil litigation, including plaintiff personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, construction law, employment law, insurance law and real estate transactions, and held several positions in the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, including president in 1993. A member of ABOTA since 2005, Brad has served as president of the California Coast Chapter in 2011, organized and chaired James Otis Constitutional Law programs in 2011 and 2013, chaired the chapter’s Master’s in Trial Program for jury selection, instructed product liability law at the Santa Barbara-Ventura College of Law and the law school at the University of Munich, presented multiple MCLE programs, and received the chapters’ Civility Award in 2014 and 2021.
